Description
We make our Pastrami by curing Beef Silverside with lots of black pepper, and then roasting.
This produces a fragrant, tasty, and tender cut of meat.
When sliced it makes a superb addition to a sandwich, salad, or buffet.
Each pack weighs 454 (1lb)
