We remove the bones from a forerib, and cut the remaining meat into steak to make our Ribeye steaks.

The resulting piece of meat has many veins of fat running through it, but don’t be put off – once cooked this fat melts into the meat and that is what gives it flavour.

Possible our favourite cut of Beef, Ribeye is very flavoursome and makes a satisfying meal.

Our Ribeye steaks are from our Grass Fed Australian cattle, raised on huge ranches in Queensland, and subject to strict welfare controls.

They are completely freerange, and are put through a strict grading procedure, and that is reflected in the flavour of the beef.
