Description
Also known as New York Strip, or entrecote, the sirloin is one of the most popular cuts of steak.
The meat is lean, but has an outside layer of fat which adds to the flavour. The fat can easily be cut away to make a lower calorie option.
Our sirloin steaks are from our Grass Fed Australian cattle, raised on huge ranches in Queensland, and subject to strict welfare controls.
They are completely freerange, and are put through a strict grading procedure, and that is reflected in the flavour of the beef.

Sensational steak!
This was the first thing we tried from our first Keevil and Keevil order and we were really impressed! The steak was tender and packed full of flavour. There was no shrinkage to the meat and it tasted divine. Thoroughly recommended.
