Beef Back Ribs

Beef ribs are also known as Costella, and are a lot larger than the more common pork ribs, but they also have a lot more flavour.

Cooked on a low heat for a long time, the meat will be meltingly tender and will fall off the bone.

Beef ribs can be prepared using a slow cooker, or are superb when roasted and then finished on the barbecue.

Our Beef ribs are taken from British cattle.

Allow 2-3 ribs per person.
