Description
Picanha is a very popular cut of beef, used extensively in South America.
It is also known as the Top Sirloin or Rump Cap, and is just the top muscle of the Rump.
Ideal as a roasting joint, but it can be cut down into rump steaks as well.
Our Picanha is taken from Brazilian beef, for a genuine taste of South America.

Brazilian best
As a good Brazilian away from home I have been desperately trying to find a good piece of picanha and what I found is as good as it gets. Friboi beef is one of the best and I'm just over the moon I can have my Brazilian barbecue with it. Thank you!
