Brazilian Beef Ribeye

We take a whole rib of beef and remove the bones, creating a completely boneless roasting joint. It can be left whole or can also be cut into delicious Ribeye steaks.

Ribeye has thin veins of fat running through it which melt into the meat when cooked and leave it full of flavour, and help to stop it drying out.

Our Brazilian Beef is reared on huge plains in an environment which is as open and natural as possible.

Sometimes referred to a cheap alternative, our Brazilian Beef is nothing of the sort, and many of our catering customers use this as their top choice.

Minimum weight 1.5kg

Will provide a roasting joint to serve 7 people, or be cut into 7 average-sized 7oz steaks - that's £6.43 per serving
