Quarter Pounder Beef Burgers

Our burgers are made by John Butler, a family-run butchers that have been making burgers for 40 years are are well known and respected within catering circles.

These burgers contain over 90% meat, which we have found to be the best ratio. Less isn't meaty enough, and a higher amount is too dense, has no seasoning, and dries out quickly.

Each burger weighs 112g (4oz) making them Quarter Pounders.
