Whole Beef Ribeye

The Ribeye is the 5-bone forerib, with the bones removed. This leaves a completely boneless piece of meat, with the classic rib fat marbling running through it.

This makes an incredible roasting joint, or can be cut into Ribeye steaks of your preferred size.

Our Beef Ribeye is from our Grass Fed Australian cattle, raised on huge ranches in Queensland, and subject to strict welfare controls.

It is completely freerange, and is put through a strict grading procedure, and that is reflected in the flavour of the beef.

Minimum weight 2.5kg

Will provide a roasting joint to serve 15 people, or can be cut into 15 average-sized 7oz steaks - that's £5.27 per serving
