Whole Beef Striploin

Striploin is a sirloin with the bones removed, leaving a boneless piece of meat.

This Striploin could be used as an impressive roasting joint, or could be cut down into sirloin steaks of your preferred size.

Our Beef Striploin is from our Grass Fed Australian cattle, raised on huge ranches in Queensland, and subject to strict welfare controls.

It is completely freerange, and is put through a strict grading procedure, and that is reflected in the flavour of the beef.

Minimum weight 4.5kg

Will provide a roasting joint to serve 22 people, or can be cut into 22 average-sized 7oz steaks - that's £5.00 per serving
