This delicious semi-fat, hard cheese is matured for 12 months and has a delicate, fragrant taste.

Similar to Parmigiano Reggiano, but with a creamier, crumbly texture.

Excellent for grating or shaving over pasta, in risotto, as well as for topping meat or vegetable dishes.
