Pascal Aussignac - Head Chef
A Michelin-starred French restaurant, just a stone's throw from Smithfield Market. Pascal Aussignac's highly regarded food has made this one of the Capital's must-visit restaurants ever since it was opened in 1998. Club Gascon was awarded a Michelin star in 2002, and in 2007 won Caterer magazine's Restaurant of the Year. Pascal's recently released book Cuisinier Gascon is a celebration of French cooking, and is packed with recipes and inspiration.
Pied à Terre 34 Charlotte Street, W1T 2NH
Pied à Terre was opened in Fitzrovia in 1991, and won its first Michelin star 2 years later in 1993, with a second awarded in 1996.
Famous for its gastronomic French style of food, Pied à Terre has been a must-see for any serious gourmet since its opening.
A sister restaurant, L'Autre Pied, was opened in Marylebone in 2007, and now also holds a Michelin star.

H.G Walter 51 Palliser Road W14 9EB
Widely regarded as one of London's best butchers, and the winner of Best Butcher in Britain 2004, you will find it hard to beat H G Walter for a family run butchers shop. Now nearly 40 years old, and with Michael Winner, Nigella Lawson, and Charles Campion singing their praises, you can be sure this is a gem.

C. Lidgates 110 Holland Park Avenue W11 4UA
160 years old and currently being run by the 4th generation of the family, Lidgates is a London institution. Lidgate's source some of their stock from the Highgrove and Gatcombe Park estates - this is seriously good quality stuff. They were Highly Commended at the Organic Food Awards, winners of 7 Gold Medal Smithfield Awards, and 3 Great Taste Gold Medal Awards for their beef - and that was just in 2010.
Keevils has been supplying C. Lidgates for 20 years. 
M. Moen & Sons 24 The Pavement SW4 0JA
Maurice Moen opened his shop on Clapham Common in 1978, having been in South Norwood for 7 years before that. The business is now run by his son Garry, and Moen's are known for being high-class butchers, and something of a one-stop-shop, selling meat, poultry, game, prize-winning sausages and sauces.
Keevils has been supplying M. Moen for 5 years. 
Allens of Mayfair 117 Mount Street W1K 3LA
London's oldest butcher's shop, Allens has been around for a staggering 180 years. Situated on the increasingly fashionable Mount Street alongside the flagship stores of Marc Jacobs and Christian Louboutin, Allens boasts an impressive list of customers including Marco Pierre White, The Ivy and The Dorchester.
Keevils has been supplying Allens of Mayfair for 25 years.
F. Godfrey Ltd 7 Highbury Park, London N5 1QJ
A traditional butchers shop in Highbury, F. Godfrey was opened in 1905 and is still run by the Godfrey family - now under the control of the Great-Grandsons of Frank Godfrey.
The sourcing of al of Godfrey's products is impeccable, and they were rewarded for their efforts with the accolade of Best Local Shop at the Love London Awards, and also Britain's Best Butchers Shop at the Meat Management Industry Awards, both in 2009.
Keevils has been supplying F. Godfrey for 15 years.

Formed in 1988, Airberg is a massive food export company, based in Crowborough, West Sussex. They export all kinds of high quality food, including frozen, chilled and dried goods. Airberg deliver to literally anywhere in the world - this includes serving Embassies, High Commissions, and hotel resorts. In 2007, they started a new online service, delivering British hard-to-source goods to ex-pat customers.
