Where Do Keevils Deliver?
We deliver by courier to most of the UK mainland.
At the moment we can't deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, or the Republic of Ireland.
The postcodes we can't reach are IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-80, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25.
This is because we can't guarantee that we will be able to reach you within 24 hours.
If you are in a very remote part of the country and are worried we may have problems getting to you, please contact us before placing your order.
How Much Does Delivery Cost?
Delivery costs £7.95, and is free on orders of £75 or above.
How Will The Order Be Delivered?
We take great care to ensure our meat reaches you in perfect condition. We pack each order carefully using bubble wrap, ice packs and insulated boxes.
Our cardboard boxes and polyethylene liners are fully recyclable, meaning our packaging is an environmentally friendly alternative to the bulky polystyrene boxes used by other online delivery companies. 

We have carried out extensive tests, which have shown our specially-designed packaging will keep your items well within refrigerated temperatures during transit, to reach you in tip-top condition. The packaging will keep your order cool for 48 hours, although we aim to deliver within 24 hours of packing it.
A few of our speciality items, such as our exotic meats - e.g. kangaroo, ostrich and crocodile are delivered frozen. These should be put into a freezer as soon as possible once received, unless you are defrosting to eat soon, in which case they should be left to thaw in a fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted they should not be re-frozen.
All fresh items may be frozen upon receipt as they have not been frozen before.
Who will deliver the order?
We use couriers APC Overnight
We have found them to be the most reliable couriers in terms of items being received undamaged and on time. 
When will the order be delivered?
Your order can be delivered in as little as 48 hours. Once we receive your order we can prepare it the next day, for you to receive the following day.
If, however, you would prefer to receive your order in the future or on a specific date, you can select a convenient day within the next 3 months from our calendar in Checkout.
Deliveries are made between 8am and 4pm on the day of your choice - unfortunately these are all-day appointments and we can't give a time slot on the day. However we do try and be as flexible as possible. We can pass on delivery instructions to your driver, and if you aren't at home when it arrives we can either leave the box in your specified location or leave with a neighbour. We can also deliver to a work address, or to a friend or relative who will be at home on the day instead.
It is very rare for a box to be returned to APC's depot for collection, as they are aware of the perishable nature of the contents, and we try to avoid having it out of the fridge for too long.
How do I track my order on delivery day?
The day before your chosen delivery day you will receive an email from APC with a link to track your delivery online.
