Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to most of mainland UK.
At the moment we can't deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, or the Republic of Ireland.
The postcodes we can't reach are IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-80, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25. This is because we can't guarantee the order will reach you within 24 hours.
If you are in a very remote part of the country and are worried we may also have problems getting to you, please contact us before placing your order.
How is my meat delivered?
Your meat is delivered by courier, usually within 48 hours of the order being placed. Goods are carefully packed with ice packs in special insulated boxes to ensure they arrive chilled or frozen and in perfect condition. (Please see our Delivery page for more details).
Is it safe to send meat by courier?
Absolutely. We take great care to ensure our meat reaches you in tip-top condition. Independent tests show our special insulated boxes and ice packs will keep your order well within refrigerated or frozen temperatures during transit. Of course, if anything in your order is unsatisfactory, you can contact us on 0207 248 3185 and we will be happy to send a replacement.
Where do your products come from?
We have various suppliers for our meats - if you look at each individual item there is more information about where they are from. As we are situated on Smithfield Market we have a huge amount of suppliers available, and we have taken years building up good relationships with the very best of them. This means you can be sure that every product is from the highest quality source available.
How do I pay?
Our web store uses Sage Pay - a secure online payment system - to process your card details. You can also choose to pay using Paypal, simply select the option at Checkout.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order amount
How Much Does Delivery Cost?
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £7.95 and orders of over £75.00 are delivered free
When will my order be delivered?
We can deliver in as little as 48 hours, or you can select a delivery date in the future.
We deliver from Tuesday-Friday, and you can choose when is convenient on our calendar before you enter payment. If you won't be home all day you can put some notes in the Delivery Instructions box to tell the driver where is safe to leave the box.
What should I do if my order does not arrive?
The day before your order is due to arrive you will receive an email from our courier company APC, which will give you a link to track your parcel online. If you need more information or would like to chase it during the day, please contact APC on 0800 37 37 37. Or you can phone us on 0207 248 3185 or email us at: onlinestore@keevils.co.uk and we will contact them for you.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
Yes - Keevil and Keevil have a shop at Smithfield Meat Market, where you are welcome to visit us. You'll need to be an early riser, though, as the shop, like rest of the Market, is open from 2am - 8am Monday to Friday!
You'll find us in the East Market building, which is a 5 minute walk from either Farringdon or Barbican tube stations, or 10 minutes from St Paul's.
