Description
Also known as a whole Loin, Saddle is one of the most tender cuts of venison and has a rich flavour.
A whole saddle is best roasted with the bones in for added flavour, although you could also cut it down to steaks or chops.
Our Red Deer Venison is wild, and is from West Scotland.
Each Venison Saddle weighs between 4kg - 5kg
