Venison Saddle-Eye

The boneless meat from the centre of the Loin, Saddle-Eye is lean, fantastically rich in flavour and very moist and tender.

This can be roasted whole, used to make a venison wellington, or cut down to individual steaks.

Our Red Deer Venison is wild, and is from West Scotland.

Each Saddle-Eye weighs between 1 - 1.25kg
