We have many potential suppliers because of our central location on the biggest meat market in Britain. This puts us in a unique position, as we can take our pick, and we only buy from those companies that can give us the most consistently high quality at reasonable prices.

High end specialist meats such as Wild Boar Haunch and Venison Saddle, and specialist poultry items including Black Leg Chicken and Barbary Duck.

We stock all game birds when they are in season, and have a wide range of specialist gourmet sausages and pies.
