Description
Our 8 Bone Lamb Racks are taken from the Bestend of New Zealand Lambs.
Once the chine and feather bones have been removed, the eye of the meat and the ribs are cleaned of all meat and fat, a method known as French Trimming. This leaves clean bones as well as a leaner and more presentable piece of meat.
They can be roasted whole, or easily separated to form cutlets or smaller racks for single servings
Our Lamb racks have 8 bones each, and come in a pack of 2
