Description
Our cornfed chickens are from northern France, and are fed only on corn - hence the name and the golden colour.
Cornfed chickens have a more intense chicken-flavour than standard white chicken, and the meat stays moist when cooked.
These are really versatile, but we like them marinated, barbecued and served with a colourful Chorizo, Mint and Mixed Bean Salad
There are 4 supremes in each pack, with the skin on and the wing bone left in.
Each supreme weighs a minimum of 190g
Contains 4 adult servings - that's £2 per serving

I have just defrosted and cooked two of these chicken breasts as part of a Paella dish. I roasted at 220 deg C for 15 mins to crisp up the skins and then slow roasted for 45 mins. They were delicious as the centre piece of a chorizo based Paella. Usually use Sainsbury's normal chicken breasts, so this was a treat. However, the corn fed breasts were about the same price as Sainsbury's standard fare and they tasted much richer.
A good buy.

Succulent and deicious!
We tried the chicken as part of a meatbox selection. The flavour is fantastic and the flesh was succulent and juicy. Highly recommended!

All I can say is that these corn-fed supremes were excellent. They had a real rich chicken taste, were moist and texture excellent. Since, buying I don't think I've eaten so much chicken in one week as just love them so much. I ordered 8 packs and am already ordering more as my grown up children who also love cooking have taken a pack each from our freezer and asked me to order on their behalf.

Be warned - Once you try these you'll not be able to look at supermarket meat again!

Real Bargain
Agree with previous review - we tried with meat box, and would now order them separately - very tasty. Superb every time.
