Description
Made using traditional methods, this rich, pungent, gourmet soft cheese has a distinctive flavour and orange rind, formed by rubbing with brine and Marc de Bourgogne (local Marc brandy) during maturation. The result is a powerful, creamy, sweet, complex cheese. Packaged in a small wooden box, each cheese weighs 250g.
