Description
Our Gressingham ducks are carefully bred and reared in East Anglia and fed on a completely natural diet. Specially created by crossing two breeds – the Wild Mallard and the Peking varieties - the Gressingham duck is a succulent bird, bursting with flavour and has approximately 20% more breast meat than other ducks of the same weight. It also has a lower fat content and produces a fantastic crispy skin when cooked.
