Description
Roquefort is one of France's finest cheeses. Made from unpasteurised sheep's milk, this strong, distinctive blue cheese has a crumbly, but creamy texture and an unusual sweet, smoky and salty taste. This complex, versatile cheese can be crumbled over salads, pasta or pizza or used in salad dressings, as well as enjoyed on the cheese board. Each half Roquefort comes wrapped in foil and weighs approx 1.4kg.
