Perhaps not the most obviously appealing meat, lambs' testicles are considered a delicacy in many countries
For the October 2011 edition of FHM magazine, we supplied the lambs' testicles, and they russled up some tasty treats!
Inspired by the cookbook Cooking With Balls by renowned Serbian chef Ljubomir Erovic, FHM cooked 4 different dishes
Our testicles weigh approximately 100g each
Each pack contains 4 testicles and weighs approximately 400g
We would recommend serving 2 per portion - that's £2 per serving

Lamb ...
... Are delicious! Do try them, and don't be put off by the preparation, the taste is lovely and mild and the texture is gorgeous. They really do melt in the mouth!
I was very impressed with the ease of ordering, the postage charges and how my oder was delivered. Even though I just bought these (special purpose, see http://offallygood.wordpress.com), maximum care had clearly been taken and they arrived perfectly. There were also more numerous than I thought - bonus! (But only because I can't read descriptions very well.) The customer service team were lovely and I would definitely buy from them again.
