Ribeyes are taken from the forerib, with the five bones removed, making a boneless joint perfect for roasting whole or cutting into ribeye steaks.

Ribeye has fat marbling inside the meat, and during cooking the fat melts, which adds flavour and keeps the meat moist.

We recommend cooking ribeye a little longer than other cuts of beef, so that this internal fat will melt into the meat.

Minimum weight 2.0kg (around 16 portions roasted, or will provide at least 12 individual 7oz ribeye steaks).

Put into a fridge as soon as possible after delivery, and consume within 5 days or before best before date on packaging.

Suitable for home freezing – please freeze on day of delivery and use within 3 months. Defrost fully before cooking.

Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking and allow to come to room temperature.

Cut into portions and cook simply as ribeye steaks, or cook whole as a very indulgent roasting joint.

After cooking, cover and leave to rest in a warm place for at least 20 minutes.

We use technologically-advanced packaging , which we have put through vigorous testing to ensure your order arrives with you at the correct temperature.

We deliver from Tuesday to Friday, and also on Saturdays for a surcharge. Delivery is charged at £5, with free delivery for all orders of £75.00 and over, except for Saturday deliveries which have a surcharge of £15. Our deliveries are made between 8am and 4pm, and you can choose to have your order delivered to you at home, to your place of work or to another address you choose.
