Description
Kangaroo is a lean red meat, like ostrich, that’s low in saturated fat and cholesterol and high in protein, zinc and iron.
Kangaroo has a subtle gamey flavour, and should be grilled or pan-fried.
It should ideally be cooked as rare to medium-rare, as the lower fat content means the meat will be dry if it is cooked more than that.
Our Kangaroo are from Australia.

Delicious Roo!
We've ordered a large amount of kangaroo as we love the meat - and at £8.00 per packet, it's a great bargain! Meat was delivered the next day, nice and cold & well packaged. We'll definitely be ordering from you again. Thanks a lot!

Very tasty, and comes in chunks rather than slices. We had as part of a BBQ and really enjoyed.
