Ribeye steak is cut from the forerib, with all bones removed to leave a joint which is easy to portion.

The meat has lots of small fatty veins running through it which will melt when cooked, giving the meat added flavour and moisture.

Our ribeye steaks are from grass fed British or Irish cattle, who are subject to strict welfare controls and grading procedures, which is reflected in the flavour.

We recommend cooking ribeye steak medium, as if it's cooked less the fat doesn't melt which can be unpleasant.

Each pack contains 2 x 227g (8oz) steaks.

Supplied fresh.
