If you can't find the information you're looking for, please phone us on 0207 236 1888 or send us an email.
We'll be happy to help!

Do I have to register to order from you?

You do need to sign up create an account before you place an order.
This makes it easier for you to manage your account and view your previous orders, and also means we'll be able to send you out information on our latest special offers (but you can easily unsubscribe from our emails at any time).
We promise we will never share any of your details with any third parties.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to most of mainland UK.
At the moment we can't deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scottish borders, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Republic of Ireland.
The postcodes we can't reach are AB30-39, AB40-45, AB51-56, BT, DD5, DD7-10, DG, FK1-21, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA26-28, KW, PA20-80, PH15-44, PH49-50, PO30-41, TD, TR21-25, ZE..
This is because we can't guarantee the order will reach you within 24 hours of it leaving us.
If you are in a remote area and are worried we may have problems getting to you, please contact us to check before placing your order.

When will you deliver?

Deliveries are made Tuesday to Friday, although Saturday deliveries are available for a surcharge.
Your meat box will be delivered by courier between 8am and 4pm on your chosen delivery date.
It can be with you within 48 hours of the order being placed; however you can also select a delivery date up to 3 months in the future.
As a general rule we need the working day before your order is delivered to prepare and pack it.

So for example:
Ordered on – Monday, Prepared on – Tuesday, Delivered on – Wednesday
However, orders placed later in the week will need to be prepared on the Monday and will be received Tuesday, so:
Ordered on – Friday, Prepared on – Monday, Delivered on – Tuesday
This process is delayed by bank holidays which add an extra day into the process.

You can select your delivery date at Checkout, so you will know exactly when your order is due as soon as it is placed.

Do I need to wait at home all day for delivery

Not at all. Our deliveries are made between 8am and 4pm on your chosen day of delivery, and if there’s somewhere safe to leave the parcel at your house or a neighbour who would take it in for you, just let us know in the 'Special Instructions' box under the delivery date calendar when you checkout and we will let your delivery driver know it’s safe to leave without your signature.
Alternatively we can deliver to a work address or to a relative if you aren’t going to be at home to receive it, just enter the Shipping Address you’d prefer at Checkout.

Can I collect from you instead?

Yes you can, and you can select this option at Checkout when you choose your delivery date.
We are on Smithfield Market in Central London, a 5 minute walk from Farringdon and Barbican tube stations.
Please take a look at the Where To Find Us page for a map which shows where we are.
Your order will be ready from 6am on your chosen date, and although the butchers leave at 8am, you can collect up until Midday.

How is my meat delivered?

Goods are carefully packed with ice packs in our high-tech insulated boxes to ensure they arrive still chilled or frozen and in perfect condition.
(Please see our Delivery page for more details).

Is it safe to send meat by courier?

Absolutely. We take great care to ensure our meat reaches you in prime condition.
Independent tests show our special insulated boxes and ice packs will keep your order well within refrigerated or frozen temperatures during transit, for up to 48 hours.
This means that even if your order is delayed along the way it will still be chilled when you receive it.
Of course, if anything in your order is unsatisfactory, please do contact us on 0207 236 1888.

Where do your products come from?

We have various suppliers for our meats – if you look at each individual item there is more information about where they’re from.
As we are situated on Smithfield Market we have a huge amount of meat suppliers available, and we have taken years building up good relationships with the very best of them.
This means you can be sure that every product is from the highest quality source available.

How do I pay?

Our web store uses SagePay – a secure online payment system – to process debit and credit card transactions.
You can also choose to pay using Paypal, simply select the option at Checkout.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, the minimum order value is £20.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is charged at £5, with free delivery for all orders of £75.00 and over.
We offer a Saturday delivery service for £20, which is reduced to £15 for orders over £75, and is free on orders of £150 or more.
