Inspired by the barbecue cooking of the Southern United States we've combined Kentucky Bourbon with smoked chipotle chilli for this rich Tex-Mex style marinade.
This marinade is traditionally used for chicken, but is equally tasty with pork or fish.
Place your choice of meat in the bag and seal with the handy zip fastening. Leave to marinade for a minimum 30 minutes, but ideally overnight. Then grill or BBQ until cooked through.
