Pronounced 'coat-de-berf', Cote de Boeuf - literally 'rib of beef' in French - is a portion of ribeye steak with the bone left in for presentation and flavour.

Cook medium so the internal fat melts into the meat and adds flavour.

Tip: Each cote de boeuf weighs around 900g and can either be enjoyed one each or shared.

Our cote de boeuf are taken from free-range British cattle.

Put into a fridge as soon as possible after delivery, and consume within 5 days or before best before date on packaging

Suitable for home freezing – please freeze on day of delivery and use within 3 months. Defrost fully before cooking.

Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking and allow to come to room temperature.

Fry in a hot pan for a minute or 2 each side until browned.

The transfer to an oven heated to 200C (Gas Mark 6) for 8-10 minutes for rare, 14-16 minutes for medium, or 18-20 minutes for well done.

Leave in a warm place to rest for 15 minutes before serving.

We use technologically-advanced packaging , which we have put through vigorous testing to ensure your order arrives with you at the correct temperature.

We deliver from Tuesday to Friday, and also on Saturdays for a surcharge. Delivery is charged at £5, with free delivery for all orders of £75.00 and over, except for Saturday deliveries which have a surcharge of £15. Our deliveries are made between 8am and 4pm, and you can choose to have your order delivered to you at home, to your place of work or to another address you choose.
