Made especially for us in Norfolk from English pork loin, our dry cured back bacon is cured using a dry mix of salt and sugar.

No water is added in the curing process so it will crisp to perfection and retain its taste.

Cut from the loin, back bacon is leaner than streaky, and is perfect for a traditional fry-up.

Perfect for splitting the pack and freezing some if you won't use it all at once.

In a 1.5kg pack, containing around 30 slices.

Choose from smoked or unsmoked.

Put into a fridge as soon as possible after delivery, and consume within 5 days or before best before date on packaging.

Suitable for home freezing – please freeze on day of delivery and use within 3 months. Defrost fully before cooking.

Delivery Information

We use technologically-advanced packaging , which we have put through vigorous testing to ensure your order arrives with you at the correct temperature.

We deliver from Tuesday to Friday, and also on Saturdays for a surcharge. Delivery is charged at £5, with free delivery for all orders of £75.00 and over, except for Saturday deliveries which have a surcharge of £15. Our deliveries are made between 8am and 4pm, and you can choose to have your order delivered to you at home, to your place of work or to another address you choose.
