Bacon jam was invented in the kichen of Walthamstow restaurant Eat17 when the chef started mixing bacon with onion relish, and it has all the sweetness of a relish with a smoky bacon kick.
Made in London using Denhay's award-winning Dry Cured Bacon, with fresh red onions adding the sweetness, and red chilli for the heat.
Perfect for serving in a burger instead of relish or ketchup, or try it stirred into pasta as an easy meal.
