Barnsley chops are taken from the loin exactly as standard lamb loin chops are, but where we'd usually split the chops in half we leave them whole.

Barnsley chops are therefore sometimes referred to a 'double lamb chops'.

Very versatile and delicious, we like to fry or grill until the fat crisps up and the meat is just cooked through.

Taken from free-range, grass-fed British lambs, our Barnsley chops are tender and flavoursome.

The region our lamb comes from depends on the season - starting in Cornwall and Devon in the Spring, we move up to the Midlands in Summer and then Scotland in Autumn.
