Our British lamb chops are cut from the loin, and the chop comprises succulent, lean meat with a piece of bone along one side and a layer of fat on another.

Being cooked on the bone and with the fat layer, means the meat has delicious flavour and is very moreish.

Tip: For a completely different taste, steam until pink through then dip in a mixture of your favourite chopped herbs and a little seasoning, and then brown under a hot grill to finish.

Each chop weighs 110g (4oz) - serve 2 chops each for an adult portion.
