Our Lamb shanks are cut from the leg and supplied on the bone.

Perfect for cooking long and low, either in the oven or a slow cooker.

When cooked through, the meat will be meltingly tender and delicious, and easily fall away from the bone.

Lamb shank is one of our favourite choices for cold weather, as it's real warming comfort food.

Tip: The perfect cut for slow cooking, lamb shank goes particularly well with a red wine or mint-based sauce which will enhance the natural flavour of the meat.

Each lamb shank weighs a minimum of 500g and will serve 1 adult.

Pack weighs a minimum 1.5kg, contains 3 lamb shanks.

Put into a freezer as soon as possible after delivery, and consume within 6 months or before best before date on packaging.

Defrost fully before cooking and cook within 48 hours.

Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking and allow to come to room temperature.

Lamb shanks are best slow cooked, either roasted at a low temperature for up to 8 hours, or in a casserole or slow cooker.

Lamb goes particularly well with red wine, mint, or spicy sauces.

We use technologically-advanced packaging , which we have put through vigorous testing to ensure your order arrives with you at the correct temperature.

We deliver from Tuesday to Friday, and also on Saturdays for a surcharge. Delivery is charged at £5, with free delivery for all orders of £75.00 and over, except for Saturday deliveries which have a surcharge of £15. Our deliveries are made between 8am and 4pm, and you can choose to have your order delivered to you at home, to your place of work or to another address you choose.
