Completely free-range and fed naturally on grass, our legs of lamb are tender and full of flavour.

The region our lamb comes from depends on the season - starting in Cornwall and Devon in the Spring, we move up to the Midlands in Summer and then Scotland in Autumn.

Leg of lamb is renowned for being lean yet full of flavour, and makes an excellent choice for a roasting joint when you want to impress.

We've removed all of the internal bones, so you're left with a completely boneless roasting joint with no waste, and easy carving.

Each lamb leg weighs a minimum 1.8kg and will provide 8 adult servings.

Put into a fridge as soon as possible after delivery, and consume within 5 days or before best before date on packaging.

Suitable for home freezing – please freeze on day of delivery and use within 3 months. Defrost fully before cooking.

Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking and allow to come to room temperature.

Cook at 200°C (Gas Mark 6) for 90 minutes if you like it pink, or 110 minutes if you prefer it well done.

Leave to rest in a warm place for 20 minutes after cooking.

Delivery Information

We use technologically-advanced packaging , which we have put through vigorous testing to ensure your order arrives with you at the correct temperature.

We deliver from Tuesday to Friday, and also on Saturdays for a surcharge. Delivery is charged at £5, with free delivery for all orders of £75.00 and over, except for Saturday deliveries which have a surcharge of £15. Our deliveries are made between 8am and 4pm, and you can choose to have your order delivered to you at home, to your place of work or to another address you choose.
