Our Pork and Leek sausages are handmade using only the finest meat cuts.

They are very thick, meaty sausages – known as 6s in the trade. This means you get 6 per pound (454g). Most standard sausages are 8s so ours are a more generous serving. 

Pork and Leek is a popular combination for sausages as the leek gives a bit of interest to an ordinary pork sausage.

Contains 70% pork and 1% leek.

Each pack weighs 2.5kg and contains 30 Pork and Leek sausages.

Put into a fridge as soon as possible after delivery, and consume within 5 days or before best before date on packaging.

Suitable for home freezing – please freeze on day of delivery and use within 3 months. Defrost fully before cooking.

Pork and leek sausages are a little bit different without being as indulgent as some of our other flavours.

Serve them with mash and gravy, cooked in batter as a toad-in-the-hole, or simply in a sausage sandwich.

Grill or fry until browned and cooked through.

 

Delivery Information

We use technologically-advanced packaging , which we have put through vigorous testing to ensure your order arrives with you at the correct temperature.

We deliver from Tuesday to Friday, and also on Saturdays for a surcharge. Delivery is charged at £5, with free delivery for all orders of £75.00 and over, except for Saturday deliveries which have a surcharge of £15. Our deliveries are made between 8am and 4pm, and you can choose to have your order delivered to you at home, to your place of work or to another address you choose.
