USDA beef is taken from cattle which are born, reared and processed in the USA, and meet government quality and welfare standards

The striploin of beef is the sirloin with bones removed - literally stripped. It's also known as a New York Strip in the USA.

The boneless meat you are left with is perfect to cook as a roasting joint, or easily portion into your favourite-sized steaks

Delivery Information

We use technologically-advanced packaging , which we have put through vigorous testing to ensure your order arrives with you at the correct temperature.

We deliver from Tuesday to Friday, and also on Saturdays for a surcharge. Delivery is charged at £5, with free delivery for all orders of £75.00 and over, except for Saturday deliveries which have a surcharge of £15. Our deliveries are made between 8am and 4pm, and you can choose to have your order delivered to you at home, to your place of work or to another address you choose.
