Our Wagyu is the highest quality available, and will mean the steak has plenty of fat marbling thoughout, which adds to the texture and flavour of this premium beef.

One for true connoisseurs - this is the best quality Wagyu Beef available to buy in the UK.

The Fillet can be left whole as a roasting joint, or used to make the ultimate Beef Wellington. It could also be cut into Fillet steaks of your preferred size.

Each Fillet weighs a minimum of 2.5kg

Delivery Information

We use technologically-advanced packaging , which we have put through vigorous testing to ensure your order arrives with you at the correct temperature.

We deliver from Tuesday to Friday, and also on Saturdays for a surcharge. Delivery is charged at £5, with free delivery for all orders of £75.00 and over, except for Saturday deliveries which have a surcharge of £15. Our deliveries are made between 8am and 4pm, and you can choose to have your order delivered to you at home, to your place of work or to another address you choose.
