We just love a traditional cooked breakfast, and this box contains (nearly) everything you need to have a really good one.

Our famous Cumberland sauages are thick and full of prime pork cuts, seasoned simply with black and white pepper.

Our dry-cured back bacon is unsmoked, and thickly cut into generous slices.

The black pudding chub is made to a traditional Irish recipe, and is ready to be sliced and fried.

Our Breakfast Sauce is somewhere between tomato ketchup and brown sauce and is a very moreish sweet and tangy sauce to serve on the side.

All you need to add are eggs and your choice of veg.

1.5kg Cumberland Sausages (x18)
1.5kg Dry-Cured Back Bacon (x30)
300g Black Pudding Chub
250g Original Breakfast Sauce

Put into a fridge as soon as possible after delivery, and consume within 5 days or before best before date on packaging.

Suitable for home freezing – please freeze on day of delivery and use within 3 months. Defrost fully before cooking.

Sauce - store in a cool place away from direct sunlight, and refrigerate after opening.

Fry or grill the meats until browned and cooked through.

Serve with toast and your choice of eggs, and baked beans or grilled tomatoes. Maybe with some fried mushrooms, too.

Don't forget a big dollop of sauce for easy dipping.
