Our Guinea Fowl are from Northern France, where they are reared in roaming flocks.

Guinea Fowl is a slightly stronger tasting meat than chicken, but with less fat making it a healthier alternative.

Tip: season generously, liberally sprinkle tarragon over and roast and baste with garlic-infused olive oil.

Each pack contains 2 x 200g breasts.

Put into a fridge as soon as possible after delivery, and consume within 5 days or before best before date on packaging

Suitable for home freezing – please freeze on day of delivery and use within 3 months. Defrost fully before cooking.

Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking and allow to come to room temperature.

Cook as you would chicken breasts for a dish with extra flavour.

Alternatively, roast in an oven pre-heated to 180°C (Gas Mark 4) for 25 minutes until browned and the juices run clear.

Delivery Information

We use technologically-advanced packaging , which we have put through vigorous testing to ensure your order arrives with you at the correct temperature.

We deliver from Tuesday to Friday, and also on Saturdays for a surcharge. Delivery is charged at £5, with free delivery for all orders of £75.00 and over, except for Saturday deliveries which have a surcharge of £15. Our deliveries are made between 8am and 4pm, and you can choose to have your order delivered to you at home, to your place of work or to another address you choose.
