We've taken a leg of lamb and sliced through it to form individual steaks.

Lamb gigot steaks are a really delicious alternative to standard lamb chops or beef steaks, and the meat will be tender and flavoursome as it's taken from the leg.

Tip: Coat with homemade or shop-bought mint glaze to add an extra shot of flavour.

Taken from lambs which were bred and reared in the mountainous pastures of the Andes in Southern Chile in a beautiful, high-altitude environment made up of mountains, fjords, and forests.

Although only 1000 miles from Antarctica, the area has a similar climate and landscape to the Alps, and our sheep are free-ranging and left to graze on the high quality grasses and wild flowers that are native to the region.

Each leg weighs a minimum 1.4kg - and is supplied cut into around 8 individual steaks.

The steaks will vary between 150g to 250g each.

If you don't want to eat all the steaks at once, allow to thaw a little until the steaks can be separated - then re-feeze the ones that you don't want to eat immediately.

Put into a freezer as soon as possible after delivery, and consume within 12 months or before best before date on packaging.

Defrost in a fridge for 24 hours before cooking, and use within 48 hours.

If you don't want to eat all the steaks at once, allow to thaw a little until the steaks can be separated - then re-feeze the ones that you don't want to eat immediately.

Once defrosted do not refreeze.

Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking and allow to come to room temperature.

Fry in a little oil or grill for 4-5 minutes each side until cooked to your liking.

Delivery Information

We use technologically-advanced packaging , which we have put through vigorous testing to ensure your order arrives with you at the correct temperature.

We deliver from Tuesday to Friday, and also on Saturdays for a surcharge. Delivery is charged at £5, with free delivery for all orders of £75.00 and over, except for Saturday deliveries which have a surcharge of £15. Our deliveries are made between 8am and 4pm, and you can choose to have your order delivered to you at home, to your place of work or to another address you choose.
