Our legs of English lamb weigh between 2.5kg-3kg, a particularly large size.

Completely free-range and fed naturally on grass, the lamb will be tender and full of flavour.

Leg of lamb is renowned for being lean yet full of flavour, and makes an excellent choice for a roasting joint when you want to impress.

Tip: Make small incisions in the skin and tuck in slivers of garlic. Brush with honey and bake uncovered for 3 hours until the leg has a sweet crust from the honey and the meat is pink inside.3

The region our lamb comes from depends on the season - starting in Cornwall and Devon in the Spring, we move up to the Midlands in Summer and then Scotland in Autumn.

Each lamb leg weighs a minimum 2.5kg and will provide 8 adult servings.

Put into a fridge as soon as possible after delivery, and consume within 5 days or before best before date on packaging.

Suitable for home freezing – please freeze on day of delivery and use within 3 months. Defrost fully before cooking.

Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking and allow to come to room temperature.

Cook at 200°C (Gas Mark 6) for 90 minutes for medium if you like it pink, or 110 minutes if you prefer it well done.

Leave to rest in a warm place for 20 minutes after cooking.

Delivery Information

We use technologically-advanced packaging , which we have put through vigorous testing to ensure your order arrives with you at the correct temperature.

We deliver from Tuesday to Friday, and also on Saturdays for a surcharge. Delivery is charged at £5, with free delivery for all orders of £75.00 and over, except for Saturday deliveries which have a surcharge of £15. Our deliveries are made between 8am and 4pm, and you can choose to have your order delivered to you at home, to your place of work or to another address you choose.
