Our Six Bird Roast is our latest (and largest) offering for your Christmas table.

Six free-range, English birds are boned and stuffed inside a boneless Turkey.

With quail at the centre, the roast also contains Partridge, Guinea Fowl, Duck, Apple-fed Cockerel, and of course the Turkey.

The roast also contains layers of our indulgent Spiced Apple and Cranberry stuffing with a hint of Brandy.

Just the drumsticks are left in, which adds to the presentation and makes it easy to carve.

This creates a completely boneless roasting joint which will reveal all the different coloured meats when sliced.

Each Six-Bird-Roast weighs approximately 6.5kg, and will feed 16-19 people generously.

Your six-bird roast will come with a use-by date of 27th December

Put into a fridge as soon as possible after delivery, and consume within 5 days or before best before date on packaging.

Suitable for home freezing – please freeze on day of delivery and use within 3 months. Defrost fully before cooking.

Pre-heat oven to 190ºC (Gas Mark 5) or 180ºC for fan assisted ovens.

Calculate cooking time allowing 50 minutes per kg. So this 6.5kg joint will take approximately 5 hours and 25 minutes.

Remove all packaging, place in large roasting tin and season to taste. Loosely cover with silver foil and place in the middle of the oven.

Roast joint for 5 hours and 25 minutes. 20 minutes before the end, remove the foil and return to oven to allow the skin to brown.

When the roast is fully cooked throughout and the juices run clear, remove from the oven, cover in foil, and allow to rest for 20 minutes before carving.

Delivery Information

We use technologically-advanced packaging , which we have put through vigorous testing to ensure your order arrives with you at the correct temperature.

We deliver from Tuesday to Friday, and also on Saturdays for a surcharge. Delivery is charged at £5, with free delivery for all orders of £75.00 and over, except for Saturday deliveries which have a surcharge of £15. Our deliveries are made between 8am and 4pm, and you can choose to have your order delivered to you at home, to your place of work or to another address you choose.
