They are very thick, meaty sausages - known as 6s in the trade. This means you get 6 per pound (454g). Most standard sausages are 8s so ours are a more generous serving.

These sausages are very rich and really carry the gamey flavour of the venison well. They'll make a traditional Toad in the Hole a real talking point, and add a touch of class to a BBQ.
