Our New Zealand lambs are grass-fed and reared as naturally as possible; the taste really can't be beaten.

These 8 bone racks come supplied in pairs so you get, in effect, sixteen cutlets.

Tip: Make a paste with salt, pepper, garlic, red wine, french mustard and fresh mint to rub into and all over the meat before cooking.

Each rack weighs a minimum of 300g - total pack weight minimum 600g

Pack contains 4 portions - or 2 portions for large appetities

Delivery information

We use technologically-advanced packaging, which we have put through vigorous testing to ensure your order arrives with you at the correct temperature.

We deliver from Tuesday to Friday, and also on Saturdays for a surcharge of £20. Delivery is charged at £7.95, with free delivery for all orders of £75.00 and over, except for Saturday deliveries which have a surcharge of £20. Our deliveries are made between 8am and 4pm, and you can choose to have your order delivered to you at home, to your place of work or to another address you choose.
