Wagyu beef is taken from the same Japanese breeds of cattle which produce Kobe beef if they are born, reared and processed in the Kobe region of Japan.
Our Australian Wagyu cattle are naturally raised on open ranges, and are free of artificial additives, growth hormones, steroids or antibiotics. This makes them completely freerange and organic.
Wagyu beef is graded by the amount of marbling that runs through it. The higher the marbling, the higher the grade and therefore the quality of the beef. All of the Wagyu beef we stock is of very high quality 'Diamond Label' grade 9+, the finest quality Wagyu beef available in the UK.
