The whole forerib, with the five bones removed, this completely boneless piece of meat has classic rib fat marbling running through it and makes an incredible roasting joint or you can cut down into your favourite-sized steaks to suit your appetite.
Our beef ribeye is from our grass-fed Australian cattle, raised on huge ranches in Queensland, and subject to strict welfare controls.
Minimum weight 2.2kg (around 12 portions roasted, or will provide at least 11 individual 7oz ribeye steaks).

We use technologically-advanced packaging, which we have put through vigorous testing to ensure your order arrives with you at the correct temperature.
We deliver from Tuesday to Friday, and also on Saturdays for a surcharge of £20. Delivery is charged at £7.95, with free delivery for all orders of £75.00 and over, except for Saturday deliveries which have a surcharge of £20. Our deliveries are made between 8am and 4pm, and you can choose to have your order delivered to you at home, to your place of work or to another address you choose.
